To facilitate customers to safeguard bank accounts, starting from 24 March 2024, customers can perform the following via Corporate Internet Banking:
(i) view geographical location & device information of activities or transactions via “Settings > Activity Enquiry > Daily Activity Log” & “Settings > Activity Enquiry > Security Log Enquiry”, and
(ii) search for high-risk activities or transactions (e.g. fund transfers to non-registered accounts, register Mobile Security Token, etc.) via “Settings > Activity Enquiry > Daily Activity Log”
Please note that Administrators and/or Authorizers can view geographical location & device information for all users, while Operators can view their own such information.
